1 – Beef Ragout, slow cooked, mushrooms, red wine, pappardelle.

 2 – Buttermilk Fried Chicken Burger, hot sauce, baby cos lettuce, chips.

 3 – Broccoli, Kale and Roasted Carrot Salad, with beetroot puree, goats cheese and a sumac and apple cider vinegar dressing (Gluten Free).

4 – Roasted Pumpkin and Goats Cheese Risotto, topped with crisp snow peas.
